The Brainy-Motor is the perfect kit for controlling a small robot or model which requires motors that can be reversed. It is based on a 14-pin PIC microcontroller and has 2 reversible motor outputs, 2 digital outputs (one which can also drive a motor, and one which can operate an LED). The board also has 4 digital inputs, one of which has space where a small push-switch can be soldered directly onto the board.

Like the Brainy-USB, the Brainy-Motor has been designed for easy fixing to Kre8 via the 5mm holes in each corner.

Brainy-Motor is supplied either as a kit ready to be soldered together, or pre-assembled. Each kit includes a PCB, FlowIC microcontroller chip, motor driver chip, 3.5mm socket for USB cable, resistors, capacitors, diodes, battery holder and clip and a leaflet listing web links to obtain free downloadable instructions and all the other help to get you going.
